Terms of Service

These terms describe how the service actually works. They are written by the operator and have not been reviewed by a lawyer; the operator should obtain legal review before large-scale commercial use.

1. The service

1stBoard sells paid placement on a public leaderboard. A listing's rank is determined solely by its cumulative verified paid total. Placement is advertising, not an endorsement, review or guarantee of traffic, clicks or sales.

2. Bids and payments

Payments are processed by the configured payment provider on its hosted checkout. A bid takes effect only when the provider confirms payment via signed webhook. All payments are final and non-refundable (see the Refund Policy), including where a listing is later outranked, suspended for breaking the rules, or receives fewer clicks than hoped.

3. Your listing

You must own the submitted product or profile or be authorised to represent it. Descriptions must be accurate and lawful. We may moderate, suspend or remove listings that break the Rules or Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Rankings

Equal totals are ordered by the earlier qualifying payment. The operator may correct totals only through auditable ledger adjustments (for example after a provider-confirmed refund or dispute, where the paid amount no longer counts).

5. Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses arising from rankings, traffic or sales outcomes.

6. Changes

Bid-rule settings (minimums, increments, maximums) may change for future payments. Changes never alter historical verified payment records.
