Refund Policy

All payments are final

Leaderboard bids are payments for immediate, public placement whose value is consumed as soon as the verified total is published. For that reason payments are non-refundable, including when:

• Another listing outbids you afterwards.
• Your position on Today's board changes at the daily reset.
• You receive fewer clicks or sales than you hoped.
• Your listing is removed for breaking the Rules or Acceptable Use Policy.

Exceptions

If a payment is duplicated by a technical error, or a charge is reversed by the payment provider (refund/dispute), the affected amount stops counting toward rank and the ledger is corrected with an auditable record. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us with the payment date and amount.
